More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us here and we’ll make it right!

Return Policy:

  • We will allow return/exchanges if there is an error on our part.
  • All items are made to order according to the customer's specifications in term of color, personalization, etc. Due to the high level of customization with every single order, we cannot accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

*If there was an error on our part, photos will be requested for verification and then item will be replaced soon.

1. Policy for Defective or Damaged Products:

1.1 Timeframe for Reporting Issues: Please report any problems within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We are unable to process requests after this 30-day period.

1.2 We accept refund requests when:

  • The product significantly differs from its description or the preview shown.
  • The product is damaged due to our manufacturing process or during shipping.
  • You received an incorrect product.

Note: A variation of up to 20% between product images and the actual product may occur due to lighting or monitor display differences.

For cases not specified above, you will receive partial refund if the request is eligible.a partial refund, excluding shipping costs.

1.3 Process for Filing a Claim: To initiate a claim, please email the following details to us(Email:service@wowiva.com):

  • Your order number.
  • Photos or videos showing the defect.
  • For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error.
  • For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale.
  • If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label.
  • For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required.

Please kindly allow us 24 hours (Saturday and Sunday are not counted) to respond to your email. Please do not return the item before knowing whether your return and/or refund request is eligible! Our support team will review your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no extra cost or, if a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.

1.4 Exceptions to Policy: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer errors, including:

  • Incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.
  • Incorrect address leading to lost orders.
  • Change of mind.
  • Damage caused by the customer.
  • Failure to review the design or provide personalization details.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Refusing delivery or unauthorized returns do not guarantee a refund.

2. Handling Lost or Missing Orders:

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please notify us via email. We will investigate and, if the loss is due to our error, offer a replacement or full refund. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or if the package is refused or forwarded by the recipient.

3. Process for Replacements and Refunds:

Replacement orders will follow standard order processing times.

For approved refunds, we will initiate the refund process promptly. 

Expected Time for Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund request is approved, the refund is credited in the same currency as the original payment:

  • For bank account payments, the refund is credited to your bank account.
  • For PayPal balance payments, the refund is credited to your PayPal balance.
  • For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the sender's card (it can take up to 30 days depending on the card issuer).

Late Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
